PATRICIA GREEN

A passion for architecture, design and fine arts, naturally led Patricia Green to interior design and home staging. Each room is approached with a sense of color, space and light. Combined with a skill for editing and careful planning, Pat creates solutions that work. She is budget and deadline oriented and loves working with people to maximize their property's potential.
Pat founded and designed for Groundworks, a New York producer of interior textiles for architects and interior designers. Her travels inspired her to introduce hand painted, Indonesian, Japanese and Indian textiles. Pat designed "Modern Sheers," which at the time was a new concept, using sheer fabric on windows. Her company was represented in all major design markets throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. During her career, Pat received over 25 product design awards, founded the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS (DIFFA) and sold her company to Lee Jofa. She designed collections for Donghia, Schumacher, Innovations and P. Kaufmann.
Now an accredited staging professional and interior designer in the Capital Region as well as Columbia County, she has created Hudson Valley Design to incorporate her background of art, design and service. Her goal is to bring out the potential of your property and her mission is to add comfort and value to your life.
